According to one source I read by Dr. Robin Berzin, top foods to regulate hormones include:

Our family has been eating this way for many years. But something that really changed the game for my periods was

I have just recently switched over to mushroom coffee (Daily Dose) which has amino acids, function mushrooms, and collagen.
Added AG1, (which is similar to a multivitamin, loaded with superfood complex, probiotics, digestive enzymes, and mushrooms as well)
Then added a magnesium, vitamin D, and zinc vitamin to the mix cause I felt I needed those essential vitamins that were not as heavily present in either of the previous products.
But the real game changer, that blew my mind, was zeolite. In POWDER form. Way more bang for your buck, the small tinctures really don’t have the amount needed to cleanse the way I wanted and needed for my PMDD. I had slight swelling in uterus/ovary area but NOTHING like when I wasn’t proactive with my health. Also, decided the week before period I have to decrease alcohol consumption; and intermittent fast, and decrease carbs and sugar, increase veggies and protein. And so far it’s been soooo helpful.
It took many years of trial and error until I finally got to this point and I loved reading your success which I agree 10000% with probiotic zeolite and veggies being a key component of amazing changes in hormones. I’d like to add the CBD like you just unsure of the correct dosing and how often to take.
Any suggestions?
